Burnt dirt and scorch remover
A professional, concentrated and strong formula for cleaning of burnt dirt and caked grease from surfaces resistant to alkalis. Dissolves and washes away scorched residues of food. Recommended for smoking chambers, baking trays and racks, convection ovens, kitchen walls, frying appliances, and griddles. Harmless to enamel. Can be applied in the form of active foam if dispensed with the VOIGT foaming nozzle.
Depending on the strength of dirt to be removed, the recommended dilution ratio varies from 5% to 30% (50 to 300 ml per 1 L of water). Apply undiluted on persistent dirt. Higher temperature and soaking the surface facilitates the cleaning effect. Rinse the cleaned surfaces with potable water afterwards. Spray-cleaning requires a foaming applicator / trigger.
